Calanica Frappato


A wine that goes with everything. Medium-bodied and smooth, with darker fruits and a refreshing finish. This wine won’t overpower lighter flavors but will stand up to pepperoni with ease. We also recommend this with our Amici. This is great for someone who wants to try a lesser-known Italian wine that’s a sommelier favorite. This has a great combination of both fruity and earthy flavors, and less tart than Chianti.

If you like Pinot Noir and wish to try an authentic Italian wine, look no further. This light-bodied wine is overflowing with cherries, roses, juniper, and fresh herbs. We hear that the Cheese Bomb would be a great compliment…This is ideal with a little bit of chill on it, and pairs very well with salty meats like sausage or prosciutto.

San Salvatore Ceraso Aglianico


So, you like Cabernet but would like to try something new…Italy has a number of grippy and bold red wines that can compete. This little Aglianico is bold, dark-fruited, and earthy. Think leather, tar, and smoke. Drink with anything that has meat. This is another lesser-known Italian wine for the real foodie from Southern Italy.

Chateau Marsau Bordeaux


Bordeaux is known for Cabernet and Merlot blends with both rich fruit and earthy flavors of tobacco, leather, and turned earth. This little Bordeaux is a Merlot-based wine with the perfect balance of intense dark fruit, aromas of leather and tobacco, and subtle green herbs. Belle Glos is one of the most popular California Pinot Noirs. This is from a single vineyard in the Russian River Valley (one of the best regions for Pinot Noir in the United States). This is medium-bodied and silky, with flavors of sweet strawberry, black cherry, vanilla from the French oak barrels, and roses.

Paolo Scavino Barolo


Barolo is one of Italy’s most famous wines. Coming from the Northern Italian region of the Piedmont, this village makes wine from a grape called Nebbiolo. If you like Chianti, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet, this is the perfect Italian option for you. Paolo Scavino Barolo is delicately floral, with an assertive tannic grip, subtle earthiness and pretty fruit. We would pair it with the Magic Mushroom, but this wine is so good that one could drink it with anything.

O'Shaughnessy Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon


Napa Cabernet from a high elevation made for the Napa Valley die-hard. No flavor is too big to overwhelm the gorgeous flavor integration of dark and brambly fruit, sandalwood, and tobacco. Bold and grippy.

Cantina di Casteggio Pinot Grigio


Goes with everything and delicious on its own. Pinot Grigio is known for crisp citrus and tropical flare, and for being a great value. This sustainably farmed version is a favorite of the staff. This Pinot Grigio is more delicate and refreshing than our house option.

Allan Scott Sauvignon Blanc


Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough. Grapefruit, lime zest, and lemongrass come together to create an aromatic wine ideal with lighter options and optimal with salads. New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc is refreshing, and a summer favorite for many white wine drinkers.

Patrick Piuze Petit Chablis


Not all Chardonnay is oaky, and this Northern French Chardonnay is a favorite of wine connoisseurs for it’s more delicate expression. Beautiful citrus and white peach flavors, with a handful of seashells give the wine a lot of complexity. The price is also a very good one for a serious French wine.

Ramey Cellars Chardonnay


Serious Chardonnay for those who love a buttery and oaky version. This is from the best-known California region for Chardonnay, and Ramey consistently creates a version that is elegant and textured without being too much. Pair with anything creamy. While the other Chardonnays are more medium-bodied and crisp, this one is full-bodied, rich and buttery.

Tiamo Extra Dry Prosecco


Delicate and fruit-driven, this organic Prosecco boasts refreshing citrus tones and subtle florals. Perfect for a toast, or for lighter fare. Prosecco is the classic sparkling wine from near Venice in Northern Italy, and is great with salads, sandwiches, and salty, lighter fare.

Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut Rose


The best bit about this wine is that it will compliment anything. Brimming with notes of strawberries and peaches, this lively sparkler is best with a little spice, making it a nice pairing for the Spicy Pit BBQ. For a more subtle pairing, try it with the Chicken Popeye. Sparkling rosé is incredibly versatile and can go with both lighter options as well as stand up to most meat-heavy pizza options.

Massolino Moscato d'Asti


This dreamsicle of a wine is a treat to have on its own or to pair with dessert. Lavish notes of mandarin, key lime and lavender compliment it’s delicate bubbles. Moscato is sweet, and this is the sweetest option on the list. It’s also low in alcohol.

Rose Gold Provence Rose


Classic, lighted-bodied and dry. Aromas of strawberries, grapefruit, and white peach. Dry rosé is popular and stylish as it’s great by itself and pairs well with things like salads, sandwiches, and pizza with white sauce.

Perrier Jouet Grand Brut Champagne


There’s nothing quite like real Champagne, and Perrier-Jouët makes one that is fantastically complex. Traditionally, Champagne is best with lighter fare: Spinach Pie or Chicken Scampi. That said, we believe that every day is a special occasion and that Champagne pairs with everything. Champagne is a luxury wine, with delicate bubbles and much more complexity than prosecco. It’s also richer and less fruity.
